Admission Procedure

 

Step 1:

Students who have passed the SLC/GCSE or equivalent during the time of admission with minimum 65% marks are eligible to take the application form for the science stream and the students who have secured at least 55% marks in SLC can take the application form for management stream.

 

Step 2:

Students have to duly filled the application form and submit it to the college administration within the stipulated time. Along the application form, the students have to submit the following documents:

  •          Self -attested photocopy of mark sheet of SLC examination.
  •          Two recently taken passport size photos.
  •          Character certificates from previous schools.
  •          Recommendation letter from previous schools.
  •          Copies of certificates or awards achieved (if any).

 

Step 3:

Each year, Tilottama Higher Secondary School uses a comprehensive evaluation system including written examination to select a highly motivated group of students. The details of the entrance examination are given below:

The question format for the entrance examination will include multiple choice questions and some structured based questions for English.

Entrance questions will be based on the secondary level curriculum with minor change.

 

Step 4:

On the basis of the entrance examination and previous academic background, students will be screened and shortlisted. The successful candidates will have to attend for personal interview where the attitude, aptitude and general conduct are evaluated.

 

Step 5:

The list of selected students is published in the college notice board and website. The selected candidates should complete the admission procedure within the stipulated time frame prescribed by the college, failing of which for their admission is not guaranteed.
